Scope of application



● The garbage grab crane is the core equipment of the garbage supply system of the municipal solid waste incineration plant, which is located above the garbage storage pit. It is mainly responsible for the feeding, handling, mixing, taking and weighing of garbage.



Product description



● It is designed and manufactured according to the standard GB/T14405-2011 and has the characteristics of reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole machine.



● The whole machine is composed of five parts: box-type bridge, crane running mechanism, trolley, hydraulic grab and electrical equipment, with working level of A8.



● Working principle: domestic garbage is poured into the garbage pool from the garbage truck, and the garbage grab crane first grabs and transports the domestic garbage from the discharge port to the stacking area. After about 3 days of water seepage of domestic garbage, the domestic garbage in the stacking area is poured by the garbage grab crane to effectively ferment the domestic garbage, and the fermented domestic garbage after about 2 days is evenly put into the feeding port of the incinerator grate by the garbage grab crane.



● The operation of grabbing, stacking, dumping and feeding of the garbage grab crane is not a continuous process, but a cross operation based on the operation status of the boiler, the layout of the garbage pool and the time of entering the domestic garbage pool.
